ITO's Sage 300 CRE Currency Conversion System

Overview

To accommodate for the lack of existence of a currency conversion system in the Sage 300 CRE we built this custom system to transfer data between an English Company and a Foreign Company.

Benefits

Both companies have the ability to process information in Accounts Payable, Job Cost, Cash Management and the General Ledger and data is relayed to the sister company. It helps satisfy the requirements for both US and Foreign countries.

Key Features

* One Simple Rate: An exchange rate has to be supplied daily or as often data is transferred and all invoice creation in both companies is automatically done.

* Same Hierarchy: Identical Master file data in both companies JC, GL and AP allows for creation of Financials in either English or Foreign currency

* AP and Non AP: Transfer Accounts payable data and Non Accounts Payable data as well between the two companies.

* Uses Macros: All transfers are done using Sage 300 CRE’s Macros for ease of use.
